General public customers. Personal information will be collected through various surveys applied for an improvement of service, products, etc..

Customers requiring billing. Information will be collected through the tax card (federal taxpayers register) and attached data necessary for invoice issuance.

Catalog customers. Filling out a registration form and a copy of the voter's credential.

Granting of general discounts. Any sales note or invoice issued in which a discount is applied to products in general will be requested to the customer's name, signature and telephone number, for validation purposes regarding our internal controls.

Customer with agreements. Personal information will be collected through the agreed identification.
