Orders of Products and Services. Products available to visitors and registrants of the Website. If you order any products, you hereby represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. You agree to pay the full price of any purchase you make, whether by credit/debit card concurrent with your online order or by other means of payment acceptable to Pirma You agree to pay all applicable taxes. If payment is not received by us from your credit/debit card issuer or its agents, you agree to pay all amounts due upon claim by us. Certain products that you purchase and/or download on or through the Web Site may be subject to additional terms and conditions that will be presented to you at the time of such purchase or download.

Sales Policies.

• Prices and stock are subject to availability in our warehouse.
• Prices are expressed in Mexican pesos and include VAT.
• The prices shown on this site are exclusive for the same, likewise promotions and discounts are applicable only in online store, does not apply in physical stores.

Return and cancellation policies:

• The purchase is considered as an order from the confirmation of payment, and is sent to parcel after 48 hours by the parcel service Estafeta or UPS with an average of 4-6 business days for home delivery.
• The change of sizes/numbering is not the responsibility of Pirma Online, so it is important to check with anticipation and certainty such information.
• To make changes, an agreement must be reached with the sales agent and the cost of shipping and return must be covered by the customer.
• Returns are valid when the state of the package has been violated or the product has a manufacturing defect and is valid within the first 30 days justifying that the sale has been made within the margin of dates.
• Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours after confirmation of payment, otherwise, no refund will be possible.
• The date gap proposed by our terms and conditions is grounds for requesting a cancellation if the customer so desires.

Terms and conditions for exchanges or returns in physical stores.

Our return period:

All purchases in Pirma have a warranty for manufacturing defect of 90 days from the date of purchase, presenting your ticket and in the branch where you made the purchase.

Our exchange policies:

All our products are born so that you can give the best of you, but if it does not fit you or you decide to change it for another product you have 30 days from the date of purchase, for the realization of the change. We only ask you to please comply with the following requirements.

• That the product has not been used or washed.
• To have your purchase receipt, labels and packaging.
• Go to the same branch where you purchased your products.
