Package shipment

As a general rule, packages are shipped within 48 hours after receipt of payment. Packages are shipped by UPS or Estafeta due to product specifications and destination address for faster delivery. Once the packages are collected, tracking codes are sent to our customers within the first 12 hours so you can follow your order online which will be delivered in a period between 4 and 6 business days. If you make your payment through OXXO or bank deposit, it is necessary to send as an attachment your payment slip to online@pirma.com.mx.

It is very important that the customer verifies their shipping information, in case you have made a mistake when entering your shipping information it is important that you call  (830) 312 - 5081 as soon as possible.

The only responsible for delivering your package is the parcel service. If the courier company staff cannot find your address, they will leave a delivery attempt notice to inform you that they will visit your address at another time or the merchandise has been returned to the local warehouse center.

Shipping charges include handling and packaging charges as well as postal charges. Handling charges have a fixed price, while transport charges may vary according to the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in one order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will be applied to each one individually. We are not responsible for any damage to your package after shipping, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.

The boxes are large and your items will be well protected.
